Current Beta Status
AlfaUMi is currently in beta and completely free to use. During this period, no payment is required, and therefore no refunds are applicable. We appreciate your feedback as we continue to improve our visibility analysis tool.
Future Paid Plans
When we introduce paid plans, the following refund policy will apply:
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with AlfaUMi for any reason within the first 14 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund of your payment.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us via email with the following information:
- Your registered email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for requesting a refund (optional but helpful)

Processing Time
Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:
- Account abuse: If your account has been terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Excessive usage: If you have consumed a disproportionate amount of resources beyond normal usage patterns
- Requests after 14 days: Refund requests made more than 14 days after the initial purchase
- Repeat refund requests: Multiple refund requests from the same user within a 12-month period
